BRINELL HARDNESS TESTING MACHINE
Brinell Hardness Tester ( J )
The machine is designed for determining the Brinell Hardness (BHN) of metals and alloys. The load is applied by manually and the indentation is read with the help of a Brinell Microscope. The machine is supplied complete with balls of 5MM and 10mm diameter, Ball holder, Brinell Microscope with illuminating arrangement and BHN Conversion table.
Brinell Hardness Tester ( H )
Model SRI B3000(H) Machine designed with a hydraulic power pack and control circuits for effortless loading unloading operations. A dial gauge in front measures depth of ball penetration. This facilitates production testing within tolerance limits by compression method.
Shri Ram Industries Hardness Testers Model B-3000(H), (O) & (J) are precision engineered to IS:2281- 1968, BS:240 and ASTM:E10. However B-3000(H), (O), (J) are most suitable for production testing. These machines are designed to measure hardness of casting, forgings, other metals and alloys of all kinds, hard or soft, whether flat, round or irregular in shape.
Optical Brinell Hardness Tester ( O )
Model SRI B3000 (O)
- This is a modified version of SRI B-3000 O which is provided with an inbuilt optical system of 14X magnification.
- An automatic indenter index system is provided which tilts the indenter after the impression and the magnified image is visible on the screen for measurement with a 0.01 mm least count.
- Thus this machine gives fast and accurate result with less operator fatigue.
- This model is mainly useful for production testing in Auto shops, Foundries, Forge shops & Heat treatment units etc.
